The role
At Crispa, we run the financial engine room behind ambitious companies. As a Finance & Accounting Analyst, you'll keep clients' books accurate, prepare monthly reporting, and help turn raw numbers into forecasts founders can act on — working directly with senior advisors and modern tooling.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and forecasts
- Support VAT and compliance filings
- Spot issues early and bring clarity, not just data
What you'll learn
- How end-to-end finance works, from debit & credit to management reporting and forecasts
- Problem-solving and communication techniques inspired by McKinsey's frameworks
- How AI models and agents actually work under the hood
- How to use AI tools for maximum impact across all your tasks
- How customer success, operations, marketing, sales, and engineering work together in a high-paced startup
What you bring
- At least two years of completed studies, with top 10–15% grades
- Hands-on experience with accounting from a prior job or your own startup
- Attention to detail and strong planning skills
- A proven ability to take initiative and see things through to completion
Bonus points
- Startup experience — you know how to move fast without breaking things
- If you have built anything meaningful — even if just for fun — with Lovable, Claude, or similar
Location & right to work
This role is based in Copenhagen. We're an office-first company and expect you in our København V studio regularly — it's where the work, and most of the learning, happens. See the office
You must already be based in Greater Copenhagen and hold a valid permit to work in Denmark — we're not able to support relocation for this role.
