The role
At Crispa, we run the financial engine room behind ambitious companies. As a Finance & Accounting Analyst, you'll keep clients' books accurate, prepare monthly reporting, and help turn raw numbers into forecasts founders can act on — working directly with senior advisors and modern tooling.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and forecasts
- Support VAT and compliance filings
- Spot issues early and bring clarity, not just data
What you bring
- A degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- 1–3 years in accounting or financial analysis — advisory or startup experience is a plus
- Precision, ownership, and clear communication
Bonus points
- Experience with accounting applications, or applications that connect directly to accounting software
- Experience working with LLMs in a production setting
- Startup experience — you know how to move fast without breaking things
- Open source contributions
Location & right to work
This role is based in Copenhagen. We're an office-first company and expect you in our København V studio regularly — it's where the work, and most of the learning, happens. See the office
You must hold a valid permit to work in Denmark and be based in Greater Copenhagen, or able to relocate there within one month of an offer.
