Yes! You can choose annual or monthly billing when you check out. Annual billing will save you ~30% versus the monthly plans.

No! Your contract is either month-to-month or year-to-year depending on what you choose. 

All expenses in Crispa are automatically accrued over the service period they cover, so for example a 12-month subscription is expensed with 1/12 every month. We add all accrued expenses as well as all payroll expenses for a given month. If your total spend exceeds the threshold for two months in a row you are automatically upgraded to the next plan as of the month following those two months. Example: If you are on the Launch plan and your total spend in March is 23K EUR, in April 31K EUR and in May 37K EUR, you will automatically be upgraded to the Grow plan from June onwards. You will of course receive an email notification in advance.

We generally believe that the size of your business is a good indicator of complexity, and the more complex your business becomes, the more you will benefit from the simplification and analytical capabilities that Crispa offers. We chose total spend as a proxy for size and complexity, to make it as simple as possible and to account for different scenarios of employees versus contractors etc.

Yes! We take security extremely seriously and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-leading cloud hosting providers and monitoring services that all adhere to the strictest industry standards. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties.

We o er support via chat and email and do everything we can to respond in no more than a couple of hours – and often a lot faster. 

You can cancel at any time to the end of a billing period. All you need to do is to cancel no later than the last day of your current billing period. This can be done from company settings -> Billing & payments.
