Your Stripe sales, in your books
The Crispa Accounting app for Stripe brings your Stripe payments, refunds, fees and payouts into Crispa, so your Stripe revenue reaches your books without manual entry.

Payments become sales invoices
Each Stripe payment is booked as a sales invoice with the customer, the lines and the VAT, with a PDF of the invoice.
Refunds become credit notes
A refund is booked as a credit note against the original sale.
Fees are booked as an expense
Stripe’s processing fees are booked as a purchase, so your margin is right.
Payouts are matched with your bank
Crispa keeps a Stripe balance account. Each payout is matched with the deposit in your bank account, so the account follows your Stripe balance.
Connect Stripe from inside Crispa.
- In Crispa, open Integrations and find Stripe.
- Choose the bank account your Stripe payouts arrive in, the country to use for card payments without a known customer, and the date to import from.
- Click Connect Stripe. Stripe opens: choose your Stripe account and install Crispa Accounting.
- You return to Crispa, and the first import starts.
The install starts in Crispa, not in the Stripe App Marketplace: Crispa needs to know which company the Stripe account belongs to.
Before you connect.
- Your Stripe balance must be in your company’s reporting currency, for example DKK for a Danish company. A second currency at zero is fine.
- Crispa reads your Stripe account and can mark an open Stripe invoice as paid when you record in Crispa that it was paid to your bank. It does not create charges or move money.
- To disconnect, click Disconnect on the Stripe card in Crispa, then remove Crispa Accounting in Stripe under Settings → Installed apps.
